- Representing and branding IDG services by making professio-nal outgoing calls to prospective clients (IT Professionals).
- I work in different markets and contact clients in French, English and Spanish: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Middle East and Africa.
- Involved in reserarch and building customer’s interests in the services, and products available for IDG.
- Gathering and recording accurate client details, and maintaining/updating/completing databases for completing thorough updates and hand-overs with team member's/team leaders and contributing to projects, and process improvements.
